5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 48 Hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos as proof

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Customized or personalized items

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping charges
